Trellis respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website at trellisguild.com, our social media pages, our messaging channels, and all services we provide to clients.

We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

Who we are Trellis is a digital services team based in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, providing website development, social media management, virtual assistance, operations support and automation to local and international clients. How we share information We share personal information only when needed, and only with: Service providers who help us run our business, such as Google (email, storage and documents), hosting, design and scheduling tools Payment providers such as Wise and banks, to process payments Social media platforms, when you interact with us on them or when we manage your pages as part of our services Authorities, when required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety A successor business, if Trellis is merged, acquired or reorganized, under the same privacy protections We require third parties to protect personal information and use it only for the purpose we share it for.

6. Cookies and analytics Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to make it work properly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. 7. International data transfers We use tools and work with clients outside the Philippines, so your information may be stored or processed in other countries. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act.

11. Marketing communications We send marketing emails or messages only with your consent or where the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or by replying to us. We will still send messages related to active projects and invoices.

12. Third-party links Our website and messages may link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies.

13. Children's privacy Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Client data we handle for you When we manage your website, social media, inbox or systems, we may handle personal information of your customers or followers. In those cases we act on your instructions, use the information only to deliver the agreed services, keep it confidential, and return or delete it when the engagement ends. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that information.

15. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will let you know through our website or by email.
