Terms

Last updated October 2026

These terms cover how we work with clients. Each project also has its own written agreement with the exact scope, price and timeline; if the two ever differ, the project agreement wins. [Draft: review together, and with a lawyer if possible, before relying on this page.]

Quotes and scope

Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price, scope and timeline are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.

Payments

Smaller projects: 50% to start and 50% before launch. Larger projects: 40% to start, 40% at a midpoint milestone and 20% before launch. Monthly plans are paid in advance.

Invoices are due within 7 days. Work starts once the deposit is received, and a website goes live once the final payment is received.

We accept bank transfer, GCash and Maya in the Philippines, and Wise for international clients. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting and paid tools are passed on at cost, with no markup.

Revisions and timelines

Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Further rounds can be added at an agreed rate.

Timelines depend on receiving your content, access and feedback on time. If something on your side is delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the finished website, content and accounts we set up for you. We register domains and accounts in your name wherever possible.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

Cancelling

You can stop a project at any time. Deposits cover work already started and are not refundable once work has begun. Work completed beyond the deposit is billed up to the date you cancel.

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
